Liquid nitrogen tank is a kind of biological storage container, also known as liquid nitrogen biological container, which can scientifically solve the problem of large evaporation of liquid nitrogen caused by heat convection, conduction and radiation during the storage. It is widely used in medical treatment, scientific research, mechanical processing, animal husbandry and other fields.

The internal cleaning and drying of the liquid nitrogen tank is very important. During the use, water will accumulate inside the liquid nitrogen tank and there will be also mixed with bacteria. Liquid nitrogen is originally an inert substance, so the inside of the tank will not be corroded, but due to the above reasons, corrosion may occur. Therefore, it is quite necessary to clean and dry the inside of the liquid nitrogen tank once or twice a year. Specific steps are as follows:

1. Take out the handle and liquid nitrogen from the container and place it for two days.

2. Use warm water at 40°C~50°C or a neutral detergent to inject into the liquid nitrogen tank, and then use a cloth to scrub.

3. Rinse with clean water

4. Invert the container until completely dry

Drying can be done by natural air drying or hot air drying. If hot air drying is used, the temperature should be controlled between 40~50°C. If the temperature is too high, it may affect the performance of the liquid nitrogen container and shorten the service life.
