The freezing temperature is generally a liquid nitrogen temperature of -196℃. The cells are collected into the freezing tube and added to the medium containing the protective agent (usually dimethyl sulfoxide or glycerol), frozen at a certain cooling rate, and finally stored In liquid nitrogen. At extremely low temperatures, the storage time of cells is almost unlimited.


4. {C}Refrigeration and freezing in the medical and health industry, and refrigeration for medical operations. Because the temperature of liquid nitrogen is extremely low (-196°C) and it is non-toxic and has no side effects, the medical industry often uses liquid nitrogen stored in liquid nitrogen containers as a refrigerant for surgical treatment or refrigerating cells and tissues.


5. {C}The liquid nitrogen tank can be used to store the Marek's disease live vaccine. Generally, when the vaccine is taken out from the liquid nitrogen tank, it should be placed in warm water at 35-37°C immediately, so that the vaccine can be thawed quickly.


6. Beauty field.
