Liquid nitrogen tanks are widely used in animal husbandry, medical treatment, scientific research, mechanical processing and other fields. In daily use, we often encounter situations where liquid nitrogen tanks are accidentally damaged. So, under what circumstances can liquid nitrogen tanks be repaired? Under what circumstances is it not cost-effective to repair?
There are many situations in which the liquid nitrogen biological container is not insulated. First, find the cause and then determine the solution:
1. If the liquid nitrogen tank has a long service life and exceeds 10 years of service life, it can also be repaired, but it is not recommended to repair it because the efficiency after repair is not very high.
2. If the liquid nitrogen tank has been used for about 5 years, it can be repaired, and the effect after repair is relatively good.
3. If the liquid nitrogen tank is not insulated after about 2 years of service life, the effect after repair is relatively ideal and the repair value is high.
When the outer shell of the liquid nitrogen container is damaged or ruptured, it can be repaired, but the repair cost is relatively high. In this case, it is recommended to deal with it according to the actual situation. If the volume of the liquid nitrogen tank is large, the repair is relatively cost-effective. If the volume is relatively small, it is not recommended to repair it because the cost is not worth it.
